Sulphur Springs, TX – 2 Killed & 4 Injured in Head-On Collision on TX-19

Sulphur Springs, TX (October 6, 2019) Two women lost their lives in a head-on collision on the evening of October 4th. According to reports, two sisters were driving back from a Friday night football game when their vehicle and another vehicle collided on TX-19 between Canton and Grand Saline.

When emergency crews arrived on the scene, they found the two sisters had sustained fatal injuries. They have been identified as Keesha Ivey and Sandy Reed.

Four others were injured in the accident, two of them were children. The paramedics flew the injured children to Children’s Medical Center in Dallas for treatment and transported the other two victims to local area hospitals for treatment.

Authorities are still investigating this major collision.
