Crosby, TX – Early Morning Crash on US 90 Resulted in Fatal Injuries
Crosby, TX (October 9, 2019) – A head-on collision on US 90 sent three victims to an area hospital.
Just before 2 a.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 4400 block of US 90.
According to reports, a Toyota Sienna was traveling the wrong way down the highway when it collided head-on with an Astro Van. The impact of the collision sent the van spinning before it crashed into a third minivan.
A 42-year-old male and 16-year-old male were inside the van at the time of the collision. The teen was trapped inside the vehicle and had to be cut out through the roof.
Both occupants, as well as the driver of the third vehicle, were injured in the collision and transported to an area hospital.
The driver of the wrong-way vehicle sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
