Elgin, TX – FM 1704 Crash Victim ID’d by Police as Leticia Palma Garcia
Elgin, TX (October 9, 2019) – The victim of a fatal collision last month was identified by police.
At approximately 11:30 p.m. on September 29, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Farm to Market Rd 1704.
According to police, a Honda was traveling west along Beaver Rd when it collided with a Dodge Ram pickup truck at the intersection of FM 1704.
The driver of the Honda, who was identified as 58-year-old Leticia Palma Garcia, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the collision.
The collision remains under investigation at this time.
