Granbury, TX – Krystal Lee Shelton Snyder Killed in Crash on FM 2580 (Lipan Dr)
Granbury, TX (October 9, 2019) – A horrific collision on Lipan Drive resulted in fatal injuries.
On Monday, October 7, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 6800 block of Farm to Market Rd 2580 (Lipan Dr).
According to reports, at approximately 6:30 p.m., a 2002 Ford F-250 pickup truck driven by 32-year-old Christopher T. Nicholls was traveling north along FM 2580 when it collided head-on with a 2016 Mitsubishi SUV driven by 39-year-old Krystal Lee Shelton Snyder.
Snyder was transported to Lake Granbury Medical Center where authorities confirmed she succumbed to her injuries.
Nichols was transported via air ambulance to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth for treatment.
A four-month old male victim inside the SUV was critically injured and transported by air ambulance to Cook Children’s Hospital.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
