Houston, TX (October 9, 2019) – A bicyclist is dead after being struck by a Houston police cruiser on N Wayside Dr.

According to reports, on October 8, a bicyclist was traveling across the roadway in the 6900 block of North Wayside Drive when they were struck by a police cruiser.

The bicyclist sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
