Crosby, TX – Joseph Tarr Killed in Crash on US 90 (Crosby Freeway)
Crosby, TX (October 10, 2019) – A collision on the Crosby Freeway left one dead and sent three other victims to area hospitals with injuries.
Around midnight on October 8th, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the Crosby Freeway.
Reports from the scene indicate that a Toyota Sienna was traveling westbound along the roadway when it collided head-on with a Chevrolet Astro Van. The impact of the collision caused the van to collide with a blue Ford Focus.
Joseph Tarr, who was driving the Toyota Sienna, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A 16-year-old and 21-year-old male were both airlifted from the scene to an area hospital for treatment. A third passenger, who was identified as a 42-year-old male, was transported to an area hospital via ambulance.
At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
