Houston, TX – Nick Johnson Killed in Moped Crash on Beltway
Houston, TX (October 10, 2019) – At approximately 6 a.m. on October 7th, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
According to reports, 20-year-old Nick Johnson was traveling down the beltway to start the first day at his new job when he was struck from behind by another vehicle near the intersection of the Southwest Freeway.
Johnson was fatally injured in the collision and pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene of the accident without stopping to render aid.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
