DUI and Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Studies show that DUI accidents occur more on Saturday than any other day of the week. Drivers under the influence are less aware of their speed and more likely to disregard traffic laws. As a result, they are usually responsible for causing accidents that occur late in the evening. Because their vision is impaired and their limbs are loose, they’re less likely to see a pedestrian or yield for them.
