Midland, TX – Gerardo Perez Killed in TX-349 Crash & Two Injured
Midland, TX (October 14, 2019) – A two-vehicle collision on TX-349 left one dead and three injured in Midland County.
At approximately 7:50 a.m. on October 11, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on TX-349.
According to reports, a 2017 Kenworth semi-truck was traveling along State Highway 349 when it collided with a northbound 2015 Ford F-250.
The driver of the Ford, 25-year-old Eric R. Bufkin, as well as 23-year-old Michael A. Hernandez and 21-year-old Jacob A. Busby, were injured in the collision and transported to Midland Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Another victim involved in the collision, 44-year-old Gerardo Perez, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash.
At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
