Houston, TX – Ana Ramos Gonzales Fatally Injured in Crash on Bellaire Blvd

Houston, TX (October 15, 2019) – A pedestrian accident on Bellaire Boulevard on October 9 left one victim deceased.

At approximately 6:45 a.m. on October 9, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Bellaire Boulevard.

According to reports, 62-year-old Ana Ramos Gonzales was crossing the roadway in a designated crosswalk located in the 6800 block of Bellaire Boulevard, near the intersection of Redding Road, when she was struck by a black Nissan Altima.

Gonzales was rushed to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition. On Friday, October 11, authorities confirmed that Gonzales succumbed to her injuries while in the hospital.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
