Joaquin, TX – Cedric Walker ID’d as Victim of TX-7 Collision
Joaquin, TX (October 15, 2019) – One man lost his life after a head-on collision on State Highway 7 Sunday.
At approximately 11:30 a.m., on October 13, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on TX-7.
Reports from the scene indicate that 69-year-old Michael Webb was traveling east along the state highway in a GMC pickup truck when his vehicle collided with a westbound Chevrolet van head-on.
The driver of the Chevrolet van, identified as 53-year-old Cedric Walker, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
