San Antonio, TX – Firefighter Greg Garza Struck & Killed on Live Oak St
San Antonio, TX (October 15, 2019) – A firefighter was fatally struck by a motor vehicle at the Comfort Suites on Live Oak Tuesday.
According to reports, Firefighter Greg Garza was responding to an electrical incident at the Comfort Suites located at 505 Live Oak Street. As Garza exited his truck, he tripped and was struck by an oncoming Culligan Van.
Garza was transported to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries surrounded by his loving wife and family.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
