Dallas, TX – Female Pedestrian Struck & Killed on I-35 E (US-77)

Dallas, TX (October 18, 2019) – At approximately 9:45 p.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on I-35E (US-77).

According to reports, a 52-year-old female pedestrian was walking along the roadway when she was struck by a motor vehicle. The driver of the vehicle pulled over and immediately called for emergency services.

As the woman laid in the road, she was struck by a second motor vehicle. The driver of the second vehicle fled the scene without stopping to render aid.

The female sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
