El Paso, TX – Miguel Pantojo Carrillo ID’d as Alameda Ave (TX-20) Crash Victim
El Paso, TX (October 18, 2019) – A collision on Alameda Avenue left one man seriously injured.
At approximately 10:30 a.m. on October 17, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Alameda Avenue. According to reports, a male pedestrian was attempting to cross the roadway, near the intersection of Harris Street, when he was struck by a 2017 Ford F150 truck, which belonged to the City of El Paso.
The man, who was identified as 73-year-old Miguel Pantoja Carrillo, sustained critical injuries and was rushed to Del Sol Hospital for treatment.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation with the El Paso Police Department’s Special Traffic Investigations Unit.
