Pedestrian Accidents in Texas

Ford Bend County, TX – Vehicle Strikes 8-Year-Old On Grand Vista Springs BlvdThousands of children are injured annually after being struck by vehicles throughout the country. When pedestrian accidents occur, often times the cause is negligent driving, which includes drivers being reckless by disregarding traffic laws and speeding through red lights. When drivers do this, they risk accidentally striking children and severely injuring them. Because children are not fully developed, their bodies are more fragile and highly susceptible to serious injuries.
