Motorcycle Accidents in Texas

Southlake, TX – Ernest Clayton Walley II Killed In Motorcycle Accident On Texas 114Every year, hundreds of motorcyclists are killed on Texas roads. Most accidents are caused by drivers failing to pay attention to their surroundings. When drivers are distracted by their phones or other objects in their vehicles, they risk accidentally switching lanes or turning in front of oncoming motorcyclists. Because motorcycles are drastically smaller than other vehicles, it’s easy for riders to eject and sustain critical injuries.

Injuries range from minor to fatal depending on the severity of the crash. When motorcyclists lose their lives in accidents they weren’t at fault for, their families may be eligible to file wrongful death lawsuits.

At The Benton Law Firm, we work hard every day helping families file wrongful death lawsuits against all responsible parties. Families should not have to pay out-of-pocket for damages caused by other drivers, which is why we work so hard to defend them.
