Fort Worth, TX – 1 Killed And 3 Injured In Car Accident On NE 28th St
Fort Worth, TX (October 20, 2019) A fatal collision took place in the 1400 block of Northeast 28th Street on Saturday night. According to reports, two vehicles were racing near the Fort Worth Stockyards when one of them lost control and struck another vehicle that wasn’t involved in the race. The accident occurred around 6:15 p.m.
Emergency crews arrived and found the driver and passenger in the race car critically injured. They were both rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, the driver died at the hospital.
Two occupants inside of the stand-by vehicle also sustained serious injuries and were rushed to a hospital as well.
The other vehicle involved in the race fled the scene.
The police are currently investigating the accident.
