San Antonio, TX – Fatal Injuries Reported in Head-On Collision on Marbach Rd
San Antonio, TX (October 22, 2019) – A head-on collision on Marbach Road leaves one victim fatally injured.
At approximately 11 p.m., on October 21, emergency crews responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident. According to reports, an SUV collided head-on with a car on Marbach Road near the intersection of Horal Street.
One passenger inside the SUV, as well as three occupants of the car, were transported to University Hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the car was transported to Christus Santa Rosa Hospital-Westover Hills for treatment.
Authorities later confirmed that the passenger inside the SUV succumbed to their injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
