Houston, TX – Student Struck by Vehicle on Cook Rd
Houston, TX (October 23, 2019) – An accident on Cook Road left one student injured.
On October 23, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 4400 block of Cook Road. According to reports, a Hastings High School employee was driving a red sedan down Cook Road when they drove up onto the sidewalk and struck a male pedestrian. The vehicle then collided with a second vehicle along the roadway.
The male victim was injured in the crash and rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
At this time, the Houston Police Department is investigating the incident.
