Red River County, TX – Workers Killed in CR 1410 Explosion Identified
Red River County, TX (October 23, 2019) – The victims killed in an explosion off County Rd 1410 have been identified by police.
A team of workers was performing duties at an underground bunker near the intersection of County Rd 1410 and County Rd 1436 on October 12 when an explosion occurred.
The three workers were trapped underground for an extended period before emergency crews were able to locate them. Unfortunately, all three victims were fatally injured by the time they were located.
Authorities later identified the three victims as 45-year-old Michael Bower, 46-year-old Misty Marple, and 50-year-old Perry Fetterolf.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
