San Diego, TX – 1 Killed in TX-44 Crash near Violet Rd
San Diego, TX (October 23, 2019) – At approximately 12:54 p.m., on October 23, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on State Highway 44.
According to reports, a green Ford F-150 pickup truck and a flatbed truck were traveling westbound along the roadway when they collided with a semi-truck.
The driver of the Ford incurred fatal injuries in the collision. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by DPS.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
