Dallas, TX – Driver Killed in I-35 E Express Semi-Truck Accident

Dallas, TX (October 24, 2019) – A major semi-truck crash on Interstate 35 East Express left one driver fatally injured.

On October 24, Dallas Police and EMS reported to a major collision on the northbound side of I-35. According to reports, a semi-truck was traveling over a northbound I-35 bridge over the Trinity River when the driver lost control of their vehicle. The semi-truck overturned, landing on top of a car, which was traveling next to the semi.

The driver of the car was pinned inside their vehicle. Upon extrication, the victim was declared deceased.

The collision remains under investigation at this time.
