Ector County, TX – Vincent Delk Killed in ATV Crash on Quartz Ave

Ector County, TX (October 24, 2019) – An ATV crash on Quartz Avenue left one person fatally injured.

Just after midnight on October 21, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Quartz Avenue. According to reports, 32-year-old Stephen Moore was traveling south along Quartz Avenue when his vehicle collided with 48-year-old Vincent Delk, who was driving a Suzuki ATV.

Delk sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was declared deceased by DPS at the scene.

At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
