Denison, TX – Bill Lindsay Killed in Fire on Royal Ridge Dr
Denison, TX (October 25, 2019) – A house fire on Royal Ridge Drive claimed one victim’s life.
On October 24, at approximately 8:30 p.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a house fire on Royal Ridge Drive. As per reports, a major fire broke out in one of the rooms in the home.
The occupant of the home, who was identified as the former Denison mayor Bill Lindsay, was critically injured in the first. Crews rushed Lindsay to an area hospital for treatment. Sadly, he later succumbed to his injuries.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and under investigation.
