Car Accidents in Texas
Whenever vehicle collisions occur overnight on weekends, the cause is often drunk driving. Studies show that in 2016, approximately 5,108 accidents were caused by drunk driving in Texas. Because drunk drivers lose their ability to focus on the road, it’s easier for them to accidentally rear-end, T-bone, or collide head-on with other vehicles. When others are injured by the recklessness of drunk drivers, they qualify to file personal injury lawsuits for their injuries and other damages.
At The Benton Law Firm, we excel in assisting injured victims with their personal injury lawsuits. We also help families everyday file wrongful death lawsuits if their loved one was wrongfully harmed. If you or someone you love was harmed in a car accident caused by another driver, contact our office today for a free consultation at (214) 219-4878.
