Spicewood, TX – Head-On Collision on TX-71 Results in Serious Injuries
Spicewood, TX (October 29, 2019) – A head-on collision in the 25200 block of Texas Highway 71 left one person seriously injured.
At approximately 5:30 p.m. on October 29, the Austin-Travis County EMS responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on Texas Highway 71. As per reports, two vehicles collided head-on along the roadway for unknown reasons.
The impact of the collision caused one of the vehicles to roll over, forcing a closure of the highway.
A male victim, in his 50s, sustained serious injuries and was rushed to St. David’s South for treatment.
At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
