Car Accidents in Texas
Thousands of police officers are injured while on and off-duty every year throughout the country. Studies also show that over 100,000 accidents are caused every year by drivers who disregard traffic laws and run red lights. Drivers attempt to speed through lights when they are under the influence or just driving recklessly. When drivers do this, they risk harming themselves and others at the intersection.
Injured victims have every right to file personal injury lawsuits if they were not at fault for an accident. However, they must file their lawsuits immediately following the accident to receive as much compensation as possible.
At The Benton Law Firm, every day we assist injured victims with their personal injury lawsuits after they were wrongfully harmed in accidents caused by negligent drivers. We have helped numerous victims win their lawsuits and receive enough compensation to pay for medical treatment, car repairs, and more. If you were injured in a car collision that you did not cause, contact our office for a free consultation at (214) 219-4878.
