Head-On Collisions in Texas

Potter County, TX – 3 Injured In Head-On Collision On FM 1719Head-on collisions are the most dangerous types of collisions to be involved in. Although these collisions are rare, they are responsible for over 500 fatalities every year in Texas. Most of them are caused by distracted driving, drunk driving, and fatigued driving. There are cases where bad weather, faulty auto parts, and potential medical conditions are contributing factors.

Those involved have the right to file personal injury lawsuits if they sustained injuries and were not at fault.
