Pedestrian Accidents in El Paso
Recent studies reveal that 25 pedestrians have lost their lives in El Paso after being hit by vehicles this year. Because pedestrians are not protected from the impact of vehicles, it’s easy for them to sustain injuries that range from minor to fatal. Drivers are supposed to be on the lookout for pedestrians at all times, even if pedestrians don’t have the right-of-way.
If a pedestrian does have the right-of-way and is still hit, they are eligible to file personal injury lawsuits against negligent drivers.
At The Benton Law Firm, we assist injured pedestrians every day with their personal injury lawsuits as long as they were not at fault. We encourage injured victims to reach out to us as soon as possible so we can immediately get to work proving negligence.
