Car Accidents in Texas
In most cases, the driver responsible for rear-ending another vehicle is considered at fault and held financially liable for covering all of the injured victim’s medical expenses, car repair costs, and more. However, if injured victims don’t properly file personal injury lawsuits within the appropriate time frame, they may not receive all of the compensation they were owed, even if the other party was completely at fault.
