Hit-And-Run Accidents in Texas
Unfortunately, hit-and-run accidents are very common and usually occur when drivers have a recent criminal history, are under the influence, or are in a stolen vehicle. Other times drivers fear creating a criminal history and would rather attempt to escape the potential consequences of their actions. However, when drivers are eventually caught, they risk facing even worse consequences than they would have if they had remained at the scene.
At The Benton Law Firm, we believe all negligent drivers should be held financially responsible for their actions, especially if their actions leave others injured. Our experienced Texas personal injury lawyers have the resources needed to help clients prove negligence and win their cases.
