Pedestrian Accidents in Midland County
Studies show that this was the 26th pedestrian fatality in Midland County this year. Unfortunately, pedestrian accidents are caused by distracted drivers most of the time. Distracted driving consists of talking to other passengers, site seeing, listening to loud music, eating, grooming, falling asleep at the wheel, using a cell phone, and driving under the influence.
When drivers aren’t paying attention to the road and strike a pedestrian, they should be held financially liable for all damages and losses.
At The Benton Law Firm, we help families file wrongful death lawsuits against negligent drivers after losing loved ones in pedestrian accidents. We know how complex these lawsuits can be, but as long as the victim wasn’t at fault, we can effectively prove negligence and help families win their lawsuits. If you lost a loved one in a pedestrian accident, contact our office today to set up a free consultation at (214) 219-4878.
