San Angelo, TX – Two Killed in Houston Harte Expressway Crash ID’d

San Angelo, TX (December 17, 2019) – The victims killed in a major collision on the Houston Harte Expressway have been identified by police.

On December 15, at around 2:53 a.m., authorities responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the Houston Harte Expressway.

According to reports, 21-year-old Ulises Valentin Frausto was traveling along the roadway in a black Chevrolet HHR when his vehicle collided with an SUV. The impact of the collision caused the HHR to burst into flames.

Both Frausto and the driver of the SUV, who was identified as a 17-year-old female, were declared deceased on the scene.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
