Harris County, TX – One Killed in I-45 Collision
Harris County, TX (December 20, 2019) – On December 19th, at approximately 2:00 a.m., authorities responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Interstate-45. According to reports, a silver Chevrolet Impala was traveling down the wrong way of the interstate when it collided with an Infinity near the intersection of East Airtex Drive.
The impact of the collision then sent the vehicle into a Dodge Charger head-on. One passenger inside the Charger was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Charger, as well as the Impala Driver, were both injured and transported to area hospitals for treatment.
The wrong-way driver was subsequently arrested and charged with manslaughter.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
