Vehicle Collisions in Texas
According to recent studies, the top six causes of most fatal collisions in Texas are failure to control speed, driver’s not paying attention to the road, failure to stay in one lane, failure to yield while making left turns, not checking before switching lanes, and driving too closely behind other vehicles. When drivers commit any of these forms of negligence, they increase their chances of causing a fatal collision. Sometimes drivers are under the influence when they drive negligently, and other times they’re either driving aggressively because of their frustration with other drivers. No matter the reason, drivers should be held financially liable for any accident they cause, especially if injuries are sustained or lives are lost.
For nearly 20 years, The Benton Law Firm has made its sole mission to protect the rights of injured and deceased individuals who were harmed in car accidents caused by another driver’s negligence. We don’t believe that injured victims or families of deceased victims should be stuck with the financial responsibility of covering medical bills, funeral expenses, vehicle repairs, and more. We assist our clients with both personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits so that they can hold all other parties financially responsible for their actions. If you are interested in filing a lawsuit and would like to set up a free consultation with us, call us today at (214) 219-4878.
