Hit-And-Run Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Whenever pedestrians are hit by large vehicles, especially trucks, they almost always sustain critical or fatal injuries. Because their bodies aren’t shielded from the impact, it’s easy for them to sustain internal organ damage, fractured bones, and traumatic brain injuries. When drivers hit pedestrians late at night and proceed to drive off, the cause is often some form of negligence.
