UPDATE: San Antonio, TX – Pedestrian Succumbs to Injuries from Division Ave Crash
San Antonio, TX (January 13, 2020) – Police confirm that the victim injured in the Division Avenue collision has died.
At around 9 p.m., on January 11, authorities were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident. Reports indicate that a male pedestrian was attempting to cross Division Avenue at the intersection with Pleasanton Road when he was struck by an eastbound black pickup truck. The man was then struck by a second eastbound pickup.
The man was rushed to SAMMC with critical and life-threatening injuries. Sadly, authorities confirmed the victim succumbed to his injuries after arriving.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
