Head-On Collisions in Texas
Nearly 600 people lose their lives every year because of head-on collisions throughout Texas. Because these accidents are twice as forceful as other accidents, the survival rate is low. It’s rare that those involved walk away unharmed from these types of collisions.
There are multiple contributing factors that cause head-on collisions, such as driver’s inattention, faulty auto parts, intoxication, fatigue, and poorly lit roads. The driver in the wrong lane is likely to be the one at fault for this type of collision.
At The Benton Law Firm, we understand how traumatic car accidents can be and how much they can permanently damage the body. We work hard to help our clients file personal injury lawsuits against negligent drivers because we believe wrong-way drivers should be held financially liable for damages and losses.
