Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
In 2016, studies revealed that one in every five children lost their lives in pedestrian accidents throughout the country. Most of these children were under the age of 15. There are a few contributing factors that lead to pedestrian accidents, but all of them derive from negligence.
When parents lose their children in pedestrian accidents, they may have the right to file wrongful death lawsuits against all responsible parties.
At The Benton Law Firm, we assist grieving parents every day with filing wrongful death lawsuits. For nearly 20 years we have helped parents prove their negligence claims and win their lawsuits. We understand that no amount of compensation could replace the life of their child. However, we don’t believe parents should pay for post-accident damages if their child was not at fault. If you would like to file a wrongful death lawsuit, call us today to set up a free consultation at (214) 219-4878.
