Car Accidents in Texas
There is not a day that goes by that a collision does not take place somewhere on Texas roads. When accidents do happen, at least one of the drivers involved partook in negligent behavior, which means they were either texting, speeding, driving under the influence, conversing with passengers, eating, or engaging in other distracting behaviors. Sometimes drivers aren’t entirely to blame. For example, sometimes collisions result from hazardous weather, bad roads, poorly dim lights, or faulty auto parts.
No matter what caused the collision, if an individual was not at fault, they can file a personal injury lawsuit against those who were at fault. At The Benton Law Firm, we are passionate about assisting injured victims with their lawsuits and helping them receive the money they may be entitled to.
