East Texas 3-Year-Old Killed in Car Crash
Jefferson, TX. (February 19, 2020)- 3-year-old Addison Louise Hickman was killed February 14, on Highway 49 in Marion County. The accident occurred at around 7:20 a.m. when the driver of a 1994 Ford Taurus slowed for emergency vehicles at the scene of unrelated crash. The Taurus was struck from behind by a 1999 Cadillac DeVille. The impact on the Taurus caused the injuries of Addison, the driver and another juvenile passenger. The driver and the juvenile were taken to the local hospital. Addison was airlifted to LSU Health where she was later pronounced deceased. The investigation is ongoing.
