Pedestrian killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on Airline Drive in Houston
Houston, TX. (February 20, 2020)- A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run accident on February 19, 2020 in Houston, Texas. The accident occurred around 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Rittenhouse and Airline Drive. The pedestrian was struck by a speeding truck while attempting to cross the street. At the time of the incident, the truck was involved in a street race. The victim died at the scene. Bothe vehicles involved in the race fled the scene of the accident. The investigation is ongoing.
