Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accidents
Every day at least one person loses their life in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident. Drivers who deliberately leave the scene without helping pedestrians are usually under the influence or have a criminal history and don’t want to be caught by authorities. Sometimes drivers flee the scene and drive recklessly to escape another crime, which causes them to strike pedestrians during the process. Regardless of circumstances, it’s unacceptable for drivers to leave the scene after running someone over.
At The Benton Law Firm, we help grieving families every day with their wrongful death lawsuit after losing loved ones in hit-and-run pedestrian accidents.
