Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
One of the leading causes of pedestrian accidents is poor driving habits. When drivers make ill decisions and decide to get behind the wheel while under the influence, they risk seriously harming themselves and others. Drivers are expected to operate their vehicles responsibly at all times, and when they don’t, their actions could result in fatalities.
At The Benton Law Firm, we are determined to help as man families as possible file and win their wrongful death lawsuits against irresponsible drivers. We don’t believe families should have to pay for medical expenses and funeral costs if their loved one was not at fault for the accident.
