Car Accidents in Texas
Often, collisions that occur on highways are caused by negligent driving, which is usually distracted driving. In the morning when people are on their way to work, they’re more prone to eat breakfast in the car, apply their makeup via their rear-view mirror, and respond to text messages or emails. Therefore, their focus is not one hundred percent on the road, which leads to major collisions that cause severe and fatal injuries.
At Benton Law Firm, we help those who have been involved in car accidents file personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits against negligent parties. We are aware that those who have been wrongfully harmed need effective legal representation to assist them with their claims and in order to receive appropriate funds from all responsible parties.
