Two People Seriously Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Gollihar Road near Ayers Street in Corpus Christi
Corpus Christi, TX (April 2, 2020)- Two people were seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on March 31, 2020 in Corpus Christi, Texas. The accident occurred just before 7:00 a.m. on Gollihar Road near Ayers Street. Police reported that a vehicle traveling westbound was weaving around vehicles. The driver lost control and crashed into an oncoming vehicle. Both drivers were transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. Investigators reported that the first driver may have been under the influence of alcohol. A criminal investigation is in place to determine if the driver will face charges of intoxication assault.
