Motorcycle Accidents in Texas
Hundreds of motorcyclists are injured throughout Texas every year. Most motorcycle accidents happen when drivers aren’t aware that motorcyclists are in their vicinity. When drivers switch lanes without checking their blind spots, they often hit oncoming motorcyclists. Most motorcycle accidents occur at intersections when drivers make left turns in front of oncoming riders.
Motorcyclists easily sustain injuries after being hit by vehicles since their bodies are exposed. If they were not at fault for a collision, motorcyclists can file personal injury lawsuits against liable parties for compensation.
At The Benton Law Firm, we work very hard to assist all of our injured clients with their personal injury lawsuits. We have spent 20 years helping victims prove negligence and win large enough settlements to pay for medical bills, motorcycle repairs, and more.
