Teen Injured in Thee-Vehicle Crash on Martin Luther King Drive in San Angelo
San Angelo, TX. (April 29, 2020)- A teen passenger was injured in a three-vehicle crash on April 28, 2020 in San Angelo, Texas. The accident occurred around 12:30 p.m. on Martin Luther King Drive. Police reported that the driver of a stolen 2017 Honda Civic attempted to flee from police when it collided with a Cadillac and a pickup truck. The driver of the Honda fled the scene of the accident on foot. The driver of the Honda was later located, detained and handcuffed in a field in the 1700 block of Hudson Street. A teenage passenger in the Cadillac was transported to Shannon Medical Center with injuries. The driver of the stolen Honda was arrested on suspicion of an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, evading arrest/detention with a vehicle and on foot. Additional charges could be added, pending investigation.
