35-Year-Old Jose Cruz Vega Jr. Killed in Pedestrian Accident on East Clements Street in Odessa
Odessa, TX. (June 5, 2020)- Jose Cruz Vega Jr. was killed in a pedestrian-vehicle crash that occurred on May 27, 2020 in Odessa, Texas. The crash occurred on Wednesday, in the 100 block of East Clements Street. Police reported that Vega Jr. was walking on the sidewalk when he stepped into the roadway and was hit by a vehicle. Vega Jr. was transported to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on June 4, 2020. No further details have been provided at this time. The crash remains under investigation.
