Vehicle Accidents in Texas
Studies show that about 63,000 accidents throughout the nation involve buses of all kinds. 14,000 of those accidents leave those involved with injuries that range from minor to catastrophic. There are specific regulations in place to ensure that school buses are as safe as possible. However, even if bus drivers are extra cautious on the road, other drivers can still crash into them due to some form of negligence.
It’s unfortunate that children are harmed in school bus accidents, which is why we advise parents to quickly file personal injury lawsuits to ensure their child’s injuries are paid for by liable parties.
At The Benton Law Firm, we help parents file and win personal injury lawsuits after their children sustain injuries in accidents caused by negligent drivers. If your child was injured in a school bus accident, contact our office for a free consultation at (214)777-7777.
